Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC)

• Provides financial assistance in Northern Ontario to projects that stabilize, diversify and foster economic growth in the region.

Canada Small Business Financing Program

• $1,000,000 loan maximum (no more than $350,000 to be used for equipment/leasehold improvements)

• Buy real property/equipment or leasehold improvements (not working capital)

• Financing available for up to 90% of eligible costs

• Apply at participating banks & credit unions

• While Industry Canada is responsible for the administration, financial institutions are responsible for all credit decisions and applications.
