Bursaries
People are the Region’s most valuable resource. In support of its mandate, ELNOS encourages local high school graduates in their efforts to develop technical or professional skills, which will enhance their future business or employment options, by providing bursaries to students planning to pursue a post-secondary diploma or degree.
